In order that the entire population of the school learners has a feel for science and right scientific attitudes, Science is compulsory component of education. However in the absence of basic motivation for the study of the subject it becomes less meaningful and adds to the learner’s boredom. To provide a necessary motivational input we’ve well equipped science lab and audio visual aids like CDs, OHP (Over Head Projector) for physics, chemistry and biology.

We feel that reading is vitally important to the student’s development so, we ensure that the pupils are encouraged to read. When they come to the school library every pupil chooses a book. There is a wide variety to choose from including story books, dual language books, pictures books and numerous fiction books on a great number of themes. Students are members of the school library from the time they join the school.

| Cyber Cafe |
The school’s internet access runs through a controlled system. School offers protection from inappropriate material through a filtered system providing safe curriculum based web sites. Students have their personal E-Mail accounts, which provide every student an opportunity to communicate electronically. Students have daily access to internet between 8AM to 3PM. Each pupil is asked to sign an internet policy. This outlines the correct use of websites and e-mail in the school. If the students wish to use the internet for private means during break and lunch times, there is an internet pass which can be purchased for Rs. 100 per month. The pass can also be suspended if there is any misuse of the internet or e-mail.

| Transport |
The school has an excellent transport arrangement for children. A fleet of 25 buses is available in the school, which are driven by skilled drivers. Each bus has a skilled conductor who takes care of children personally. On regular basis the drivers & conductors are alerted and counseled about various safety rules while on road.

INTERNATIONAL AWARD FOR YOUNG PEOPLE OR THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARD.
The most difficult period of the lives of young people are the years of transition between adolescent and adult. This program was introduced to encompass physical and mental development of children. This award is one of the individual challenges. It presents to young people a non-competitive program of voluntary activities, self reliance, service to humanity, individual improvement through persistence. The school is conducting this award program from class VII onwards.

| EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES |
All students are expected to participate in various activities offered by the school. The object of these activities is to develop creativity, organizational abilities and to develop self confidence & personality. Various Inter-House competitions like debates, declamations, Quiz contest, essay writing competitions are conducted from time to time. The aim is to train the students in the art of public speaking, orderly argumentation and developing dramatic talents. |
